The interest rate was announced as 7% per annum. Surely even if they draw down the whole $100M torrid that's only $7M "per year" in interest or $580K per month? There's a fairly big (read gargantuan) discrepancy there, surely?
*or have I embarrassed myself with a lack of understanding of basic finance (it wouldn't be the first time).
