You are correct. many readers here dont understand the loan setup.
I had estimated a round number of $10million per month to be repaid over 12 months to cater for both interest and principal.
Its a number over $9m per month.
It will delay real divis for at least 12 months.
There will be practical pressure on the project meetings timeframes and producing net cash at the dates expected.
