Point d. of the announcement states that repayments are made progressively.
Those words convince me that it isnt an interest only loan.
Even if it was interest only, you would need to put about $9m a month aside so that you could pay the $100m at the end.
Without paying back or putting it aside, you would be in default when the last day of the loan came to pass.
