Checklist and possible announcements/updates should go something like:

1. Commitment from Crimea Energy Ltd confirmed.
2. 10 banking days from then, bank guarantee should be completed.
3. 5 banking days from then, line of credit open for AWD.


As the loan from the European investors was separate and "available almost immediately" on the 2nd of October, I'm just wondering how this ties in with my timeline above.
