Ah @thebarry111 so true, what goes on here is not worthy of being called even basic intelligent discussion a lot of the time. Just a lot of trollers with too much time on their hands.

To the point, a lot of the people on this thread don't understand how the politics work in the grown up world where nation building is in play. This is actually quite a historic time for this emerging nation, lets not underestimate the times. Independence is close to hand in this little nation and they are acutely aware that a lot of the world is looking at them.

Politics is about compromise not binary outcomes (viz, GGG mine/no GGG mine). To think that the government would not seek to find some alternate path for these miners other than just blind refusal is just naive.

I'm optimistic that they will make the right choice for the country. Keep to their principles, but allow mining but no export of U. Simple.
