Sure we missed June financing but on the bright side PC made an extra 20% on his performance rights to clean up his tax bill on May prices..A nice break.
Jinan didn't spend $20m and deploy a team for nothing, or initiate business talks with Xingchen.
I'm still very much of the opinion Jinan want the finished material for their massive infrastructure projects and Xingchen are eying off a steady supply of expandable graphite and a huge SOE customer come full circle with Jinan.
If there is anything to iron out they will get it done, SOE with AAA credit rating! We are going mining, just this month or next?
