Upon finalisation of funding, mobilisation of bulk earthworks and EPC contractors to site will occur...The fact they have said mobilisation September i can smell the money from here GLTA it will soon be upon us and 5c will be blown out the window. Could go pear shaped but with the delays already i dont think Jinan will want to wait another year for a dam to be built in order to fill it.
