I read the SSE announcement. only dots that could be drawn is a similar amount being invested. I have attached the link to fill announcement. part of my reasoning it is a Shanghai Stock Exchange announcement and if this was about the Triton investment it would have referenced the previous announcement. also Triton is being handle be the subsidiary Jigao international, so I would have expected them to be referenced.
I do think it is a good sign they are splashing cash
