Why are they talking to Lazarus?
Why did we have TONOE underwritten? It was a no brainer to be oversubscribed.
I wonder if/how many options Lazarus received?
I wouldn't have a problem except for the fact that Pinnacle didn't hold the last options..Additionally they held about 25m shares about a year ago & this round of underwriting only 8m shares? Just seems a strange place to seek underwriting.
I wonder if Citibank is holding for Lazarus?
