I was considered crazy for even floating that scenario..Well it's looking more and more a possibility.

Of coarse it may not be the case and financing could drop tomorrow however with every day it becomes more plausible.

Yes the dam is important but by no means would it be considered a disaster imo for it to be delayed..This is a long play for them and I don't believe 6 months would bother them.

Earthworks would still continue.

There manipulation smells of capping, not trading at all.

This may be frustrating but if it is the case financing is likely in great shape, after options are dead watch this space could be the order of the day.
