Any finance is good finance
I don't agree.
If the finance is to maintain gold operations, deplete the resource, keep the present management in jobs and reward the death spiral funders with easy profits by disenfranchising the shareholders it's bad finance.
What is needed here s a motion and a meeting to remove the board and prepare for a period of hibernation until the gold price improves or another gold miner comes along with a proposal.
