With all due respect mate you are focussed part way down the chain. Yes, finance is extremely important but having the resource, technical staff and backing of heavy weight industry participants will in due course lead to finance being obtained.

And before someone tries to read too much into what I'm suggesting I still believe finance is imminent. I avidly watch the news queue each morning from 9:50 to 10:00 am. There's a bottle of special red awaiting that announcement and I may even sound like a baseless ramper on that day.
