Kalenn me old mate - with all due respect right back at you - without finance, there IS NO "down the chain". Believe me - I am in this for the long haul - ie 2020 and beyond, so I am not at all so short sighted to be only focussing on the next 3 weeks while finance is announced, HOWEVER, "F" in my opinion is currently "the most important thing" for AVB's future. I get it that there are more strategic things to consider when investing, but your 2 points raised about resources and technical staff - are in hand in my opinion, AVB simply need the cash to get on with building the mine. Yes, "the most important thing" will shift once "F" is announced. Yes, I will be celebrating with you, and likely buying even more shares, as the risk will be significantly reduced. GL mate!
