Agreed. I did ask about that in a bit of detail. The impression that I got was that it had nothing to do with misgivings/concerns and more to do with human factors (I inferred a few things which were unkind - my guess is that the party isn't a typical bank but is likely to be quasi-governmental and lazy/uncommercial etc - that's just an assumption. Maybe someone on here knows the identity of all six?).I have worked on deals with large syndicates with, and there's always one or two who are just plain useless and drag everything out. Am fairly confident that's all it is.
