    The Shareholder Update dated 14th Oct 16 says they are aiming 'to reach financial close no later than March 2017'.

    It also says 'all efforts are currently directed at achieving the required internal credit committee approvals by mid-December 2016' - and from what I have heard from the AGM we are right on track to achieve.
