Whilst those global issues are present its just pure speculation until we get an announcement from the company stating otherwise.
If you think about the history with Peter at the helm big announcements like mining concession have been late with little updates till its confirmed. We still have plenty of cash in the bank so Im not worried at the moment maybe if we get to late September I will.
