C'mon Stan....I think most who post here have called the Co at some point....and no doubt you have the best intentions to share what you learned. However history suggests that much of the information freely given by phone has not eventuated as per conversation and now it seems punters take this info with a grain, or tablespoon, of salt....I stopped calling Co in early '18 after being assured, and re-affirmed in a phone call with a very senior bod, that the prospectus process would take 8-12 weeks to complete as per the December '17 Ann...now that is almost 16 months ago...and we're still counting....
I suggest if anyone, in any Co freely gives out 'price sensitive' information of this nature over the phone, but not in a formal Ann, must be questioned as either BS, or possibly insider trading even....
Unfortunately, imo only, the Co has lost a lot of credibility with Mr Market over the past 18 months and only solid Ann's of confirmed substance will win them back now.
