So why has it taken so long to get to a meeting to try and sort it out...that dreadful Ann said these negotiations were ongoing as of back then...all a bit fuzzy...doesn't sound like these so called 'advanced talks' and 'good progress' with alternative sources got anywhere and now its back to Tanzania...months later...and 'grapevines' start losing their leaves soon!
So why has it taken so long to get to a meeting to try and sort...
