Did some calculation, the potential is there, but may not be as big as quoted.

some issues:
1. there should be some discount on the price due to low ore grade, from memory 58% fe is sold at about 20% discount compared to 62% fe
2. capex will be depreciated during the mine life
3. financial cost

So if we apply p/e ratio about 5 the stock should be traded arround 85c to 95c so I don't think there will be short term price spike here but long term should be a good buy.
