How do you read this one-

in the notice of AGM: performance rights for securing financing by June 2013.

1. The pessimistic view:
Crap, another delay... Looks like financing will not happen by end of the year.... Recent support in stock I think has been on the basis that Gill let people know that they were just dotting the i's and crossing the t's on the finance..... 50c here we come again.


2. The optimist's view:
The milestone is a gimme, and will secure it well in advance so there is no mistaking achievement.... I don't mind the performance rights being granted- it's how you attract and keep good people.

Surely after the announcement stating that finance will be by year end, any variation should have triggered an announcement stating that the milestone may not be met.

Who the duck knows????
