I asked the department of environment if they were still hitting stated timelines due to covid outbreak and stay at home orders in SA. WOW what a shocker.....Can you believe someone would do that.

what eventuated is that the department thought I was from West Wits and sent me some pretty interesting information. which led to the announcement you are referring to.
