Couple reason's for my purchase today:
1)
The US Dollar and the BRICS disucssion is one i am taking seriously in my portfolio.
The locality of surrounding infrastructure will have support with the possible tension between the USD and the BRICS in my opinion
A high paying job and a bar pouring "gold mine" seems like great hedge for the South African Governemnt to show further ongoing support in.
South Africas economy is 8% GDP to mining, I can imagine they would want to see that increase particularly in the gold space, stupid not to.
2)
The AISC cost in to be honest, really attractive.
3)
16 million pound uranium by product they are sitting on as well.
Even at spot price at $50 a pound that $800 million USD there alone
4)
When this hits phase 2, its doing at least 140,000 ounces per annum ( i know they said 200,000 ) but going off 140,000.
In Australian dollars thats $420,000,000.per annum, and im expecting at that time we will be in dividend territory.
