    Just watched the latest finance news network presentation by ICE. I was curious to hear the valuation of their competitors. One competitor mentioned was briefcam. ICE mentioned that in 2018 they were bought by Canon for $120m USD. I had a look at that and articles around the sale actually stated the amount to be $90m USD.

    Not sure how a detail like that can be overinflated by $30m USD? That's a big chunk of change adding an additional 33.3% to the sale price.
