The revenue guidance of $4-6m for 2011-2012 was provided several months ago. One interesting point from the interview with Nick Woolf is the re-statement of the guidance. Woolf undoubtedly has very good visibility given that the interview was recorded mid March and we are rapidly approaching financial year end.
The closer we approach year end the higher the visibility of revenue dollars. The CFO is in close discussion with existing partners and is keenly aware of the progress of negotiations with interested parties. He knows where revenue will be sourced and the value of each payment. Consequently his comment that Phylogica is cash generative for H2 2012 is insightful. Expect good news over the next 14 weeks.
