Phillip, I've just returned home after a boozy lunch and enjoyed your post.
My view is simple, banks colluded, PJ said no and they are coming back with new term sheets. I've seen this many times before. I celebrated today knowing my recent purchases will pay its entirety for a unit I purchased this morning in Balmain.
If this is not $1.00 in 12 months, I'll eat my iPhone and my iPad and my iMac and my PC and my car.....my wife said I should include her also.
