One point is what if they do not know but are very close to the signoff then their hand are tied.
Therefore they are not with holding information, also the company statement did not category state end of quarter no doubts no maybe's.
They can not again announce finance arrangement as per the above (close etc) as it will drive the price down which will be ok for the speculator's but not for the long termers as I am one.
