According to their news, it looks like they have got their finance organised. So lets hope they pay their promised second dividend of slightly more than 1c as they promised earlier. That would make their dividend at slightly more that 2c ff. Not bad for a currently 20c share. It looks like the company has shaken off its old MFS clothes and is now pretty much a new Villaworld catering to the bottom quarter of the housing market. I believe in this company and particularly Mr. Richard Anderson, who, from my experience of him with Data 3, is extremely ethical. I have recently doubled my holdings and intend to hold for the longterm and hopefully increased dividends as time goes by. This is not intended as investment advice so DYOR. E1
