Precisely, the only thing that has happened is the wider commodities market falling on its arse. Perhaps the is the delay though... if you were Gunvor etc, would you sign a binding agreement when the resource markets are starting to collapse? Or would you wait patiently and use the negative macroeconomic situation to your advantage?
