Yeah yeah yeah I have herd all about teds health issues and maybe they have substance, However consider this, had ted indicated to the market of a fall out with the jv partners were do you think the share price would be today, I tell you were, so far sth we would be wiping our butts with worthless HDR shares.
And to add futher, the options given to the rat pack for dec 2004 would be worth Jack Sh##t.

As said before don't think for one moment directors are there for the love of the company, its all to do with $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and how best to serve themselves
