I think that the current person in charge of HDR is a former diplomat - this could explain a lot regarding the limited communications from HDR in recent months. Much of what was communicated at the AGM was not in the newspapers.

Ted is a geo and communication was much better. By now we would have had an Open Brief on what the drilling program all meant.
