    I would caution you against using anecdotal evidence. You have, in my opinion, fallen for a truism yourself. It would be more instructive to take the situation of financing as a whole. Would you suggest banks lose money more than they make?

    I think that taken as a whole and avoiding individual examples achieving financing is a vote of confidence.
