people
it seems many still think this is a loan.
look this is how I see it.
the Angolans are putting up $1 bill but want shares in retuen.
So in effect they are buying into the CVI story.
Now say they put in $1 bill and end up witn 80% of the company, this means they still own $800 mill of the $1 bill
now it maybe progressive and all that, but that is about it in a nutshell
they are in effect buying 80% of the company, one that will be a lot bigger than the one we have now.
some 22 times bigger or more.
we should very well have a $5 bill company here, and their $1 bill will then be worth $4 bill, 4 times what they put in now.
And our 20% will then be worth $1 bill, we own $45 mill worth now.
As we all say it all depends on how it will be done.
and my figures can be taken different ways, but what is certain is the finance will add considerable worht to us.
Will take more than 15 mins to work that out
