i think the finance is already tied up, cvi are putting the final touches on the acquisitions of falcon , offshore blocks , et al, it is a complex process ,there will be pages and pages of contracts drawn up by the legal team , that need to be signed off by appropriate personnel , i wouldn't be surprised if we don't see an ann. before the AGM, , the mrkt. will know as soon as its all tied up ,MS will announce the whole "kit and kaboodle", he wont be saying today we have the finance , tomorrow we will be looking at falcon and the offshore blocks , and then off to fortitude , it will all be tied into the finance deal announcement , iam sure we will see something,if not by friday, definitely next week , just my thoughts
