Not necessarily - there are a variety of loans, including old people whose house value comes out of their estate when they die after taking hte equity loan - but that's all academic.
Thoughts are still the same.
Asset appreciation and obviously they will be selling the future income of oil from the asset - particularly the refinery, where it's obviously an income earner.
Income doesn't HAVE to come from the prohjects the money is being lent for, so Cacheiras and diamond leases can be 'security' - etc etc....so just like 'normal people' but on a different scale!
There is plenty of security.
