    The DD we are talking about is a mezzanine finance injection.

    The business from an operational point of view appears to be chugging along nicely (to be confirmed when the Q3 report is released at the end of next month... although it would be nice if once the books are closed, the company could give shareholders an update of Q3 revenues).

    The SP does not acurately reflect this fact IMO
