He's been in this from the CPC days, had options issued by them, which were rolled into his current mae options. Somehow I don't think he'll snooker himself with these options - he's been waiting too long. They are worth a lot of money to him.

re the cases cited by noevre. I googled them all, and the only prosecution of directors was where they bought or sold shares whilst having sensitive information. My point was that directors wouldn't be prosecuted for merely giving out sensitive information - only people that traded shares based on it. I made this point in relation to my assertion that large shareholders inc ODY would be more informed than us.

Yes I agree, it is all very complicated.
