Cast your vintage noggen back to the way that Motor Vehicle Licenses used to be issued...

Because they were all issued out of head office after first being officially catelogued/archived in the goverment files, they issued an "Interim" receipt out.

The fullsized paper license was locked in - but not available - so the interim was effectively proof in the pudding of a license being held by an individual.

I view this as our situation now of course, but i dont know what the $ figure would be and whether or not anything more than an interim will need to be issued? Ie, we may very well sell before the interim month is up.
Is this worth some extra confidence points? To me it is.
