With all the Market panic "madness" , Just thought it may be handy to post page (4) ... the Corporate statement from the recent Financial statement:

During the financial year, the Company successfully completed $249,178,638 in new equity capital raisings:
• 68,700,000 ordinary shares were issued via a Placement at $1.35 each that raised $92,745,000 in July 2007;
• 14,917,392 ordinary shares were issued at $1.50 each as part of an off-market non cash share swap acquisition of Anzon Australia Limited shares in October/November 2007 for a value of $22,376,088;
• 83,400,000 ordinary shares were issued via an Institutional Placement at $1.72 each that raised $143,448,000 in
June 2008; and
• 13,966,500 unlisted options were exercised that raised $12,985,638 between 9 July 2007 and 7 May 2008.

The capital raisings via the placements to institutional investors have strengthened the Company’s shareholder base with
the introduction of several new institutions to the Company’s share register.

---Does not look to be a company in trouble with its finances .... this is an absolute ridiculous over-reaction by a panic driven Market!!.
We are valued at near our CASH value....from the Annual report cash at June 30th=== $224 million !!!

Anyway if 50 cents isnt the bottom "the world must be coming to an end" :)
As with most of you, I am stunned at the SP ... 50 cents still can not believe it ... the last of my spare cash is now all in NXS...
