Has anyone here sought out finacial advice on things like how best to set up and pay off the home (house) I have 50-60% equity in my house last I looked. it's worth about 530k
I have a 250k Loan... but am struggling to get ahead on it... we don't take holidays, as a Contract Design/Drafter I work 50-60hrs p/week on $65 p/hr (it's not the best, but here in NSW that is good money, I know could get $100 p/hr in Brisvegas or Perth) We have 3 kids and don't even own a Flat Screen telly... Why can't I get ahead...?
We look at our young neighbours (in their first home) who spend money on Cruises, Cars, Flat Screen Telly's, Fuxtel...etc would not surprise me if they have lttle or no equity...
Anyone know where can I get some good finacial advice...
