It really depends on the individual & their financial acumen. Some people have absolutely no idea how to manage their finances & don't know what to do when they can access their Super. Others can manage perfectly well with no help.
To pay the sort of fees you're quoting you'd need to have a substantial amount of money or complicated affairs IMO. The initial fee is one thing but IMO the monthly fee is ridiculous.
