Continuing from the worst case scenario...
...you could raise all the equity at the current $0.10 price
...you could assume a NPV half of what was given ($1.4bn)
...then apply a risk factor of 0.5 (assuming there's 50/50 chance this goes ahead, which at this stage is silly/is uber conservative)
...and the theoretical share price would still be higher than what it's now
