I did dd on this little puppy years years ago when it was around the same share price. I did some consulting work with one of the regulatory bodies for a few months and got a bit of an insight into their previous (but similar) DCB model. And then I met the mighty Thorpe and Wiles.
I decided not to proceed even though they reached lofty heights soon after. And then crashed back down.
Call it curiosity. I invested a lot of time researching and feel a need to ensure that I was on the right track. Old people do that sometimes.
If someone takes a moment or two to think about some of my comments, especially on some of the start-up train wrecks out there at the moment, and applies some of their own due diligence as a result, then I guess my job is done.
Otherwise, please feel free to ignore me. I've only been doing this for about 40 years.
BTW, I sometimes comment on the stocks I currently hold but I understand their business models and trust their management. When and if I ever get nervous, I sell. I never make excuses or pray to the gods.
