My understanding is that the ‘ideal’ situation for a Company in this space is to be intergrated across DCB and Performance marketing, with the core asset being the ‘database/s’. Being denied or having diminished access to a source of data would therefore have a ‘limiting’ impact on the Performance Marketing business. So, the consequences may extend beyond short term financials.
If you go back to C.Thorpes presentations back in 2015’ish, I recall this being promoted as a MBE strength at that time, particularly with their planned & extended reach on DCB again, at that time.
You have to feel for this Company. Yes, Management need to be accountable for much that has happened but little has gone their way over the last two years. Just one Mt Everest to climb after another !!
