First time in many years that I am struggling to understand the reason why this stock hitting new low for the last couple weeks especially toward AGM.
One of the biggest shareholders has a board seat. If there is any downgrade or dispute, you will hear from Management already or on the news.
I am speculating that there is a third entity been manipulating for accumulation or takeover.
Similar event to HSO, Spotless, Programmed group etc
