Billy I mentioned in another post recently it is surprising they didnt just do a cap raise. As for trading insolvent from my understanding they are not insolvement until not a cracker left or the administrators take over.

I guess no one really knows, its all guess's and wonders and nothing more. I do think it is pretty inconsiderate of a company to give a deadline but then no response though
