If they have recieved the funds ,why would they annouce it to the market before they have to ??

It would make sense to me, to wait as long as possible, this would allow time to structure the company with the major stakeholder, to allow the major shareholders and those concerned to acummulate as much heavily disocunted stock as possible, before the price returns thereby allowing an even more profitable deal to the financier.

I would also be inclined to believe that they would be required to announce if they hadn't recieved the funds, as opposed to if they had. Everyone these days are aware of the reprocussions of trading insolvent.
