As much as I relish reading about people's bickering (I mean discussing), maybe we can discuss what is meant by 'Financial Closure'.
To me, taken literally and translated into common vernacular, it means 'signed and sealed'. Unfortunately I'm not sure about 'delivered'.
I'm sure that it'll happen June 30, but does it mean that all the i's will be dotted and t's crossed, or is it something more complex?
