    The 2019 BASE CAPEX numbers in the table don't seem to align with the source data in Appendix A ...

    The other thing worth noting is there's $100m BASE market cap associated with the Toliara acquisition - this is genuine value but doesn't reflect in the earnings numbers.

    Eramet may end up increasing their offer price for MDL, but one wonders why they don't buy Base instead!

    PS - I could be a little biased though ... I sold out of MDL some months back at $1
