part of the issue for base must be the current issue of minelife. if Kwale had 20 years then we would not be having this discussion. Im sure they will get there but at this stage they havent. also the issues getting the locals on board from the north east probably worry some major investors.
I would say that is likely being sorted out now and hence the share price is recovering brilliantly.
