Many things have changed since the last CR, significantly the discovery of new resources. Burning through the cash after that event was proportional imo.
Although I agree, negotiations will likely take a little longer now that they can.
Which is not a bad thing, SDL must be fighting hard to work out the best deal for the company, otherwise we could have had a partner last year. 'Long' live SDL! :-)
